The scan is automated. It checks a sample of your site's public pages for six kinds of accessibility problems. It is not a full audit and it does not certify compliance with WCAG, the ADA, or any other standard. The report is provided as information, free of charge, with no obligation.
The repair fee covers every item listed in your report on the pages we scanned, including text that is too faint to read. For faint text we suggest darker shades that keep the look of your brand, and nothing changes until you approve them. Work is done inside your site's own editing tools using access you provide. Before making changes we record the state of each item, and after finishing we send you a dated list of every change so any of them can be reversed. If a platform does not allow a particular fix, we tell you and do not charge for that item.
The annual check rescans the same site once a year and reports what changed. It can be cancelled at any time and is not renewed without notice.
Nobody can guarantee that a website will not receive a demand letter or lawsuit, and we don't. Fixing the items in your report reduces the specific problems those complaints commonly cite; it does not make a site immune. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Repairs are paid before work begins. If we cannot complete the listed items on your platform, we refund the fee for the items we could not do.
